We can’t thank Level Green Plumbing enough for helping us with our bathtub pipe bursting after hours. They were so attentive and responsive to our needs. When I have any HVAC or plumbing concerns, I always turn to Level Green Plumbing and Heating.Just recently, we had our 30+ year old oil furnace malfunction and was left without heat. LGPH came to diagnose and create an appointment for a new heat pump that same day! We had great dealings with Rocco who got us going with a new heat pump in that same week! Customer service is top notch as well from the tech interactions to the administrative desk.I personally feel I can always count on LGPH to assist me with any HVAC/Plumbing concerns
The timing couldn’t have been worse but we woke up Christmas Eve to no hot water and a leaking tank in the basement. We called for service and within an hour we were assured that a technician would be dispatched. Due to the holiday and size of our tank it wasn’t so easy to find a replacement tank but Michelle, Mike & Kevin from Level Green Plumbing and Heating made it happen! By 1:00 pm we had a new tank installed and we were able to get our family of four showered and ready for 4:00 Christmas Eve mass.
