This is one of the best places I've worked with for helping me with issues in the house. The person who I talked to on the phone and who came to my house was very professional, respectful, kind, and very helpful. He came very quickly on a Saturday when my heater stopped working. He showed me the problem with the heater and taught me a lot about how to fix the issue and even showed me where to buy the parts myself so I could save money. He answered all of my questions as well, very patiently. I wish I caught his name, but he was so practical and efficient I completely forgot to ask again.
