“Matthew did a great job today . From the wonderful website and system that Spark HVAC uses I was able to make an appointment easily on my phone at night and had an immediate reply the next morning from Lisa telling me the next available appt . Which was only a few days wait. There were numerous text communications confirming my appt and was told it would be between 8 am and 12 noon ( small window compared to some) I was notified when Matt was only 20 min away and was able to track him until he arrived.
Matt was very courteous and educated and quickly diagnosed our AC problem and fixed it. He offered to do a full check up on our unit while he was there which was needed. He kindly explained their membership for a service plan with discounts that were applied right away to our work that was done today.
We are very pleased with the service we received and have been using Spurk services for years and will continue to do so. We highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs.”
