We had a problem with our new thermostat, which I installed, and called Albert’s for help. We are a member of Albert’s service contract program and when I called at 802 a.m. to inquire about a service call, we were informed that someone would be here by noon. Within 1 hour a service technician arrived, problem solved quickly. Tom, the service technician, was very professional, respectful and explained what was the problem. I had not fully inserted the cover into place, therefore, the thermostat wasn’t reading the cooling temperature correctly. Last week my AC went out during a little heatwave. Alberts was out the next morning and determined I needed a new system. Joe the estimator came out next and gave have a very reasonable estimate. They also offered financing through a third party. Couple days later a crew was out and I had a new AC system. Fast, courteous and professional. This will be the only company I call or recommend for all AC and heating needs. Top-notch company!
