This is the second home that I have used Humbert Heating. First home needed a new furnace and a/c unit and we just purchased this home and it needed a new a/c unit. Lisa is great to deal with, she is very knowledgeable and very efficient on every aspect of everything done. Ray comes in and evaluates what u need done, discusses everything, answers all questions, they let u know when they are coming and everything gets done. I called Humbert as they were recommended to me by another local HVAC company (who I normally work with but they were booked out over a week). I had an amazing experience working with Humbert. The receptionist was friendly, helpful and assured me they would take care of me. Mike was at my house 3 hours after I called for service. He was honest, thorough and kind. He explained what happened to us and made sure we were ok with the price before proceeding. My AC was fixed within the hour and we were relieved as the heat wave was coming! THANK YOU!!!
