Joshua came today to get my oil furnace back up and running. He listened to my concerns, efficiently diagnosed the issue, explained my options and quickly completed the replacement of the faulty part. Very reasonable fee for service call and repair. I would recommend him and would use them next time there's an issue.

I just purchased a home in Rochester, and recently started Turing my hot water broiler on and I've been feeling awful every time with headaches and a cough.I had 1.other company come out when I first moved in to inspect the unit, he cleared it to use.Yesterday and today I felt absolutely awful but better after leaving for awhile. I called Maier at 9am and told them my concerns and I thought it was me being paranoid by 1pm I had a tech out and his CO reader went off right away!I got so scared having a child and pets in my house. They are wonderful, helpful, full of humanity and that's something the world is lacking. They help out the people who can't help themselves and that's what makes them different than everyone else. I can't thank them enough.
