It is easy to understand why this business has so many loyal customers. I am a relatively new customer and on Wednesday 1/21/2026 my furnace failed. Discovered around 6 AM, called emergency service number and a service tech showed up prior to noon. As I was aware, my furnace was around 30 years old with parts almost impossible to find. Opted for a new furnace which was installed around noon the next day. With temperature forecasts in the single digits was greatly relieved. Priced very fair and exceptional service. My go to HVAC company heretofore.
E-mailed Pgh Comfort Tech on Saturday regarding issue with furnace. It wasn’t an emergency so they came out first thing Monday. Quick, efficient diagnosis of the problem. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and had everything up and running in about 20 minutes. Made a couple of helpful suggestions. I’ve used them for air conditioner issues as well and they never try to upsell to make more money. They will always be my first call for HVAC.
