We had an issue with our AC system recently the blower motor went out over the weekend. And their after hours person FaceTimed me to get a look at the system. They wanted to do this so we didn’t pay the higher weekend/after hours rate if there wasn’t anything they could do to fix it until they could order the part on Monday. “We are so glad we called Gerard Plumbing!
We were removing vanities and toilets from bathrooms to install new floors and had 3 different water pipes break at different times within a 3-week period and flood several rooms of our home. Gerard responded immediately to each call. One call was on a Saturday afternoon, and we are so glad we called Gerard.
Eric Gerard answered our emergency call on a Saturday and told us what to do to stop the leak, explained what caused the leak, and talked us through how we could try to patch the pipe.
The pipe was so old and so damaged we were unable to patch it.
Eric immediately dispatched a plumber to repair the broken pipe on a Saturday so we could turn the main water back on to the house.
The entire staff at Gerard provided excellent customer service.
