Gino and Austin were great! I called late afternoon and he was there ASAP to help. They were able to resolve the issue quickly, and we were back up and running in no time. Great communication, very knowledgeable, and highly professional. Highly recommend!
Had a very good experience today with Sta So Cool hvac installing a new ac and furnace. The team was professional, and worked very efficiently throughout the installation. They explained everything well, and completed the job quicker than I expected. I really appreciated how clean they kept everything and how they cleaned up after themselves once the job was done. From at least my experience today, I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC work
We're new to the area and asked our neighbors for HVAC recommendations, STA SO COOL came up again and again, and now we know why. Owner/operator Gino was helpful, honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in getting it right. We have a family member with an autoimmune condition who is especially sensitive to warmer temperatures, and Gino took that seriously, helping us choose a system that gives us real confidence going into summer. He got us on the calendar quickly, his team completed the installation in just a few hours, and left everything spotless. If you need an HVAC contractor you can actually trust, STA SO COOL is the call to make. Highest recommendation.
