The Wade team replaced an inefficient gas furnace and central air system with ductless splits in our two-story addition. Our experience was exceptional from the initial service call with Tom to the sales call with Lonnie and finally to installation with Scott and Brian. We are so happy with the interactions, information, and product and performance. We will definitely use Wade for all our HVAC needs
Exceptional Service!!! My furnace quit working on a bitter cold Saturday night at 9:30 PM, and I called Wade, who initially installed my furnace. The service technician arrived in about half an hour, and he worked diligently until the problem was solved. It was a late Saturday night, but the service tech was friendly, explained everything to me AND answered all my questions. The next day (Sunday) the service tech provided a follow call to me to see if all was working well! Then on Monday, the supervisor at Wade called me to make sure I was satisfied with my furnace repairs. Wade truly cared about my situation - and their follow up calls eased my mind! Furnace in rental property quit in early December. I called Wade and they had some out the next morning. They had to replace part that needed to be ordered. Tech advised tennant what they could do for short term heat. As soon as part was in furnace repaired and house now warm. Fast, efficient service!
