Jordan was fantastic. She was very knowledgeable and had my unit working again in less than an hour! I had previously had another company come out unprepared to fix my a/c unit and quote me an outrageous amount. BVSM had fair pricing, and they were out here the same day. Had to wait a week for the last company to come out only to not do anything to it. Highly recommend!

We have used BVSM for replacing our furnace, AC, and water heater. It starts with the phone call which is always courteous, friendly, and professional. Then there’s the service. They are so courteous and careful. I don’t have to worry about my floors or carpet because they are meticulous. The units we’ve bought from them are excellent quality, and I know if there’s a problem, I can call them. I cannot say enough about how much we trust BVSM.
