Outstanding service from Steven!

Steven from Roto-Rooter did an absolutely phenomenal job replacing our hot water tank. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and clearly took pride in his work. He explained everything he was doing, answered all of our questions, and made sure everything was installed properly and working perfectly before he left.

What really stood out was his attention to detail and how clean he left everything afterward. It’s not every day you come across someone who genuinely cares about doing the job right, but Steven absolutely does.

Had a major blockage in stack, toilets and tub. Had no bathrooms for 2 days. Gallice plumbing kept telling us they were coming but then said maybe tomorrow. To busy to help disabled customer. Called roto rooter, they showed up 2 hours after call. Steven was VERY COURTEOUS and explained problem. All good now.and it's warrented for 6 months.HIGHLY RECOMMEND ROTO ROOTER

Really appreciate the quick service! They were able to come out the same day, which was a huge relief since other places were telling me I’d have to wait nearly a week without water. The technician was friendly, professional, and quick, and got everything taken care of.
