Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup
“Outstanding service from Steven!
Steven from Roto-Rooter did an absolutely phenomenal job replacing our hot water tank. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and clearly took pride in his work. He explained everything he was doing, answered all of our questions, and made sure everything was installed properly and working perfectly before he left.
What really stood out was his attention to detail and how clean he left everything afterward. It’s not every day you come across someone who genuinely cares about doing the job right, but Steven absolutely does.
If you need plumbing work done, I highly recommend asking for Steven. He’s an excellent representative of Roto-Rooter and deserves to be recognized for the quality of his work. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!”
Pine Creek Plumbing
“They were able to send someone out same-day to address our hot water tank issue. When Eric determined that the unit needed to be replaced, he was able to immediately get working on disconnecting the old one. He then picked up the new one and installed it for us within hours. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.”
