The team, Dan & Heather, arrived early and had the job done in 45 minutes, even though additional drilling of the concrete floor had to be done. They were professional & the cleanup couldn't have been better. After having several bad experiences, I've found a "keeper" for my next plumbing job.“

“The plumber was able to get 4 things finished highly recommend. However on lieu I took out an insurance w Home Serve. Don’t take. It was recommended by Duquesne light. Two idiots show up because a cartridge my husband changed and he couldn’t get the pin on. They said they only fix pipes. I said you’re f ing kidding me! There a pipe connected to the faucet. And ask them to leave not really in that way. . I cancelled everything and we had a the company HOME SERVE. CLASS ACTION SUIT AGAINY. called Petrack. For what Dr Z wanted for ONE item Petrack fixed all 4! Thank you Ps. terrys plumbing is on Home serve too. Don’t use.“

He quickly responded to our ask and came out to give us a quote and tell us exactly what we needed to purchase. We told him when we were ready and he quickly scheduled a date within 2 weeks. He gave great suggestions and was very specific on what to purchase which as first time home owners made the process very simple. During the remodel I was working in the next room and Rob was very kind as to let me know when he may be a disturbance. He kept me updated through the process and it took less than a day and half. The finished product looks better than we could have imagined and he was already willing to help with other projects I suggested to him. “My husband's family used this company for years and living very near to them, my husband and I did too. We recently moved to Shaler and were not sure if we moved out of their service area or not. Long story short, we used another company with our home warranty company and were not happy. I called Christy, and Shawn came out to help. He was so professional in dealing with the home warranty representative over the phone with me, which I really appreciated. Within just a couple days the company sent out new technicians to fix what the first technician couldn’t; and, I got a phone call informing they’d be refunding me the money I had paid! Mistakes are part of life, but it’s how a company deals with them that makes a difference. I really appreciated the extra effort.“
