Tim Lasco was very thorough and professional, and he answered all of our questions and pointed out potential issues that we weren’t aware of. Tim also rearranged the schedule to fit in our job before some family members arrived for an extended stay.We are glad we chose Golden Rule because the employees and workmanship were top notch. Brett’s phenomenal tile work on the shower stall is the star of the show, but he also paid attention to even the smallest details in all aspects of the remodel. “Wow!! Highly recommend! We had a cast iron pipe leak from our upstairs bathroom down to our foyer in our home that was built in 1930. RW Greer was responsive, efficient and very professional. Dave and Devon were so friendly and knowledgeable. They came and looked and the problem and finished the job in the same week and only took 2.5 hours. They had to cut out and replace section of cracked cast iron drain stack. Price was extremely reasonable! Our second-floor toilet was clogged, and he went above and beyond to find out what was causing the issue, checking to see if a toy or plastic had gone down the toilet. He also respected our request to wear shoe covers. After he checked the pipes with a camera and couldn't find anything, he suggested we replace the toilet, so we did. “First let me start by saying when I called them I was informed that they were really busy and that it maybe 2 to 3 days before there able to come look at the job and give me an estimate. This actually worked out great because it gave me 3 days in which I got 2 other estimates before WILLIAM BOGSCH PLUMBING AN HEATING came out and gave me his estimate. After assessing the problem (to which I already knew what it was) He took 15min, came back in and explain to me step by step on how he would fix it as well as what I'm paying for and how it pertain to the estimate. And I'm glad I was patient and waited the extra day for them to come out because they were 1200 cheaper than the first guy and 800 cheaper than the second. I mean those are pretty big differences which made me a little skeptical of maybe there quality. Well, there's no more skepticism. They do Phenomenal work! I will be using them from now on.“
