He arrived on time, was friendly, and clearly knew his plumbing work. After looking everything over, he explained that replacing the aging hot water heater with a newer unit would be the most cost-effective option instead of doing a repair. The very next day, the team returned with a replacement water heater and completed the installation smoothly. Theodore was again punctual, courteous, and knowledgeable, and he made sure the setup was working properly before leaving. The whole process was easy, professional, and stress-free. Even though they ran into issues, they communicated everything with me and were able to work through the issues, even calling extra help to ensure it was done on time. “So far, I’ve had 2 experiences with Len the Plumber. The first one was several years ago and was a great experience. Unfortunately I didn’t leave a review back then but my experience was good. For this reason, when an issue developed in our master bathroom tub. It was an issue where the faucet portion began leaking.

So, on Friday afternoon, I called to set up an appointment for next week. While the faucet was leaking, it was in the tub so it wasn’t what saw as an emergency. Initially set the appointment up online, explaining my issue. Received an immediate followup to call to schedule the actual appointment day/time. I called and the dispatcher was very professional and helpful. Had us set up fairly quickly and actually set us up for the next day (a Saturday) in a particular window of time. I took it and she gave me some info about the process and said I’d get a call 1/2 hour of the plumbers arrival time.

Like clockwork, I got a call (and email and text message) about 40 minutes before arrival. I also recieved a message that had the technician’s name (Brent) and a photo. Brent arrived on time and was beyond progressional. Not just very friendly and personable, Brent came with lots of knowledge and professionalism. When it comes to representing a company, he was top notch and represented Len The Plumber extremely well. He explained to me exactly what the problem was and showed me along the way of what the probes was with the faucet. I’m not a handy person and his explanation of it was greatly welcomed.

The repairs didn’t take an extremely long period of time and I actually expected the repair to be much more involved and expensive. While it was involved, it wasn’t nearly as expensive as I had anticipated.

This review is now longer than I planned but I wanted to share my very positive experience with those that read reviews. The process from initial contact to when Brent drove away at the end was a great experience. While I hope to never need a plumber again, but when I do, I know who I am starting with!“

“Our 5-year old A/C system decided less than a week ago that it was time to give out. After having Christian from Signature out to assess the issue, we were given a number of different options for repair and/or replacement, but were encouraged to check into our HVAC system warranty coverage by Christian. I appreciated his complete transparency and his willingness to do what was right by us as the customer. After digging, we found out we were just out of our warranty period, on Saturday mid-morning. I texted Christian who immediately reached out to Signature and Bill, one of the Comfort Care specialists was out to our home the same day to give us an evaluation on full replacement of our HVAC system, knowing the repair would be close in price based on the issue. Bill was thorough and gave us more than one option for replacement, even getting on a call with Christian to discuss the options he presented to us, so we could fit it into a budget we weren't expecting to need. We moved forward with the purchase of a new HVAC system, confident in the amazing warranty on parts and labor offered by Signature, and Bill managed to get us scheduled for install only three days later. Our installers, Ron and Jose, arrived as promised at 8am and got straight to work on dismantling our old system and installing our new system. They worked efficiently and effectively with minimal disruption to our family and my work. They did so on a day in a heat wave where temperatures were excessively high (at a real feel of 104 degrees) without breaks or complaints, and had our new system fully installed and up and running by mid-afternoon. They performed the work with the utmost courtesy for our home and kindness towards my family.

Signature has been our families choice for HVAC and plumbing for close to 10 years now, and it's very easy with specialists like Christian, Bill, Ron and Jose to see why they remain so. Their focus is on bringing the best value to their customers, they don't hard sell and they are always respectful. When I called to set up the appointment, they clearly explained the hourly rate of $98 and let me know I could buy my own toilet and have it installed at that rate, which made the whole process easy to plan and budget for. Brayden handled the job and was fast, tidy, skilled, and easy to work with. He repaired my shut-off valves that were not working properly and installed the new toilet without any issues. I had already researched and purchased the toilet myself, and having it installed this way saved me both time and money. The total cost was much more reasonable than a previous plumber-provided toilet installation I had paid for before.
