I needed a leaking toilet shutoff valve replaced and a broken kitchen faucet replaced. My repair man, Justin, looked over my problems and figured out a solution, he even went out to buy me the faucet I wanted. When he worked on my problems he was fast, friendly, and I think he did great work and clean up.
We were extremely impressed with your technicians Anthony G. and Nigel. They were on time, kind, very professional and knowledgeable. Anthony explained everything clearly, making sure we understood the problems, and fixed some truly gnarly stopped up shower and sink drains in our VERY OLD house. (156 years old!) We truly appreciated their dedication and advice. We would give 10 stars if we could! Thanks so much.
Absolutely amazing service - showed up on time, and even though the garbage disposal was really clogged & we couldn’t figure out what was clogging it, he never stopped or gave up until he got it out and fixed it! He had to go get a part that he didn’t have in his truck & finished fixing it same day!!! It was not an easy job. He even offered to clean up everything before he left!!! He went above & beyond expectations. I’d had a good experience with Roto rooters before, so I’m a repeat customer & I will continue to use their services when needed!
