“Had a problem with a leaking toilet. Gary came within an hour of me calling. When he arrived he was friendly and professional. Turns out the flange through the floor was installed incorrectly and Gary fixed it during that service call. He also repaired the base so the toilet sat even on the floor. His fee was very reasonable for the time he put in repairing the base and the floor. Will call him again when needed.“

“We have used Golden Rule as our plumbers for many years, so when we were getting quotes for a complete bathroom remodeling we got an estimate from the company. Tim Lasco was very thorough and professional, and he answered all of our questions and pointed out potential issues that we weren’t aware of. The quote was in the mid-range of others we had received, but since we already knew the company we decided to go with Golden Rule. Tim also rearranged the schedule to fit in our job before some family members arrived for an extended stay.We are glad we chose Golden Rule because the employees and workmanship were top notch. Brett’s phenomenal tile work on the shower stall is the star of the show, but he also paid attention to even the smallest details in all aspects of the remodel. His coworkers, Pat and Domenic, also did great jobs, and the three guys were kind and cheerful throughout the long process. Getting a huge vanity up the stairs without any damage was quite a feat!We highly recommend Golden Rule if you are looking for anything from a small plumbing job to a full bathroom remodel. “On May 30th, 2023 James Brown PHAC did a great job of installing a discharge pump in our basement to evacuate drain water from our kitchen sink one floor above and the washing machine adjacent to it.Their technicians arrived on time, got down to work, were professional, courteous and completed the job the same day.We requested some extra bracing and noise-reduction and Doug again was on time and addressed the issues.I highly recommend James Brown for any plumbing needs you have at a reasonable price.“
“Wow!! Highly recommend! We had a cast iron pipe leak from our upstairs bathroom down to our foyer in our home that was built in 1930. RW Greer was responsive, efficient and very professional. Dave and Devon were so friendly and knowledgeable. They came and looked and the problem and finished the job in the same week and only took 2.5 hours. They had to cut out and replace section of cracked cast iron drain stack. Price was extremely reasonable! It is a wonderful thing when you find a contractor that is honest, knowledgeable and does great work. “Chip graciously made himself available on a Saturday to replace my faulty water heater. He was personable and a pleasure to deal with. The price he quoted was the price I paid. He had the job completed in an hour and a half and cleaned up after himself and hauled away the old tank. While he was here I was prepping him for the next job that I am going to ask him to tackle and he has already agreed to take it on. I will use him every time from this point forward. He had the most affordable price of all my calls and ended up being an excellent plumber. Needless to say, would highly recommend Progress Plumbing AKA Chip!“

“Tauhid did amazing work for us on numerous occasions. A few years ago, we first hired him to remodel our back bathroom (which included designing and framing out a new bathroom within an existing bathroom/laundry room combo space, installing all new appliances (toilet, sink, washer, dryer) and moving the plumbing as needed for the redesign. He also did all finishing touches including installing the drywall, door, floor tiles, and painting. Then, in our kitchen, we hired Tauhid to install a new kitchen sink and countertop along with a dishwasher. We were so impressed by his work that we then had him re-drywall our living room ceiling and install crown molding. All of the work took many months to complete, and not only was it done beautifully, but Tauhid was amazing to work with and has become a friend who we know we can call on for any small or big jobs that we need. Since that time, we sold that house (I'm sure Tauhid's work helped us get top dollar for our house), and we have since had him install a dishwasher at my parents' home and move washer/dryer lines from the basement to the first floor. My parents had a wonderful experience working with Tauhid as well, and we are all grateful that we found a contractor who is excellent at his craft, is professional, is reasonably priced, and is a kind and trustworthy person.“
