Projects: 1. A new sump pump and water powered back-up and 2. Extending a gas line from under our back deck to the grill. Both projects were completed quickly and neatly. My only disappointment was an $80 assessment charge for the gas line project. I communicated the project criteria to
The office when making the initial appointment. The tech came out and had no idea what was needed. He had to reschedule and requested a $80 call fee. Did not feel good about that transaction.
Very happy with their services. We called with a semi-urgent situation to leave a message on a Sunday night (new leak causing a non-usable bathroom and dripping into wall spaces) and received a callback first thing Monday morning, with an estimator out by the afternoon. He quickly diagnosed the problem and scheduled the fairly major repair for later in the week. The repair team was polite and efficient, and after a confusion about a style of sink replacement led to a slightly misplaced new drain outlet pipe, they pleasantly fixed the problem on the spot to accommodate what I had purchased. Very good company. They pick up the phone when you call, quickly get you on the schedule, show up on time and do quality work. Very fair and transparent pricing. I will continue to call them for any future projects.
