Tyler went the extra mile with customer service. Excellent work ethic and mindfulness protecting my mother floor with covering his shoes to cleaning is work area and communicating with her along the way patienly since I was serving as interpreter. He above and beyond by not only doing the work needed but also recommending preventive measurements with clear instructions. He has plesant and allowed my mother to observe him while working as he didn't have nothing hide and his work is speaking for itself. (This I mentioned since last plumber she had servicing her apartment told her she could had a seat he new what he was doing in a unpleasant way - anyway the issue came back...read full review
Great service! Tyler was thorough, patient and very nice to work with. He resolved our drainage issue quickly and repaired a pipe issue and made it happen all in the same day. Chris M (mgr) was also very helpful with navigating our issue - much appreciated. Roto Rooter Wilmington is awesome!
