“First let me start by saying when I called them I was informed that they were really busy and that it maybe 2 to 3 days before there able to come look at the job and give me an estimate. This actually worked out great because it gave me 3 days in which I got 2 other estimates before WILLIAM BOGSCH PLUMBING AN HEATING came out and gave me his estimate. After assessing the problem (to which I already knew what it was) He took 15min, came back in and explain to me step by step on how he would fix it as well as what I'm paying for and how it pertain to the estimate. And I'm glad I was patient and waited the extra day for them to come out because they were 1200 cheaper than the first guy and 800 cheaper than the second. I mean those are pretty big differences which made me a little skeptical of maybe there quality. Well, there's no more skepticism. They do Phenomenal work! I will be using them from now on.“
