On a Sunday morning with family coming in a few hours for dinner and an overnight visit, our drains suddenly started backing up. I called Martin Brothers Plumbing and was so relieved when Leonard answered and said he would fit us into an already busy schedule. He showed up in about 30 minutes, was friendly, professional, and worked very efficiently. He even took a few extra minutes to run the drain snake all the way out to the street cleanout just to make sure the sewer line was fully cleared since he was already close. He really saved the day and took a lot of stress off us. I am very happy with the plumbing service and this is now my first choice for drain cleaning and sewer backup help.
Our plumber, Patrick, showed up right on time and started by clearly explaining the water heater work and the steps he planned to take. I agreed with his plumbing assessment, and he got right to work without needing any supervision. In about an hour, he finished the installation and asked me to take a look at the completed job, which was done in a very professional and neat way.
