“I had a very positive experience with Harris. My heat stop working on a very cold day and Harris was able to schedule a technician to come out the same day. Tyleek Smith, the technician was very pleasant and professional. He explained the problem, got the heat system working again and made sure everything was running perfectly before leaving. Anthony & John came out today and were courteous and professional. I was probably annoying them because we had JUST replaced the basement floors the night before and I REALLY was worried about getting water on the floor. However, they we very understanding and receptive to my concerns. They fixed the pipe quickly and were in&out in no time at all. “IFixdit plumber, Tony, responded to my plumbing emergency on a Saturday. He communicated promptly and clearly via text message. The emergency fee structure was explained and agreed upon. Tony called in advance and arrived in a timely manner. He investigated the problem (a clogged drain system which had backed up into the basement), suggested a plan and explained the cost. He proceeded with the work and was thorough and kept me apprised of the progress. He cleared my drain, snaking via the sewer cleanout and then fished his camera through the whole system to confirm everything was in proper order. I would call Tony again with any plumbing need!“
