They broke the emblem on the outside of the unit and I know it was not much BUT I like to keep everything looking good on my unit no matter how old it is. Asked to have it replaced and the story was they could not get that part anymore along with a bad attitude. So I called the company and they sent out two for FREE and gave me no problem about it. I'm sorry sometimes its the little things that keep your customers FOR OVER 20 YEARS so I no longer deal with them.Service: A/C system maintenance

Had a preventative maintenance visit with an additional component deep cleaning service on Friday afternoon. On Sunday night, I noticed the air was no longer blowing at all. A very experienced tech was dispatched Monday morning and resolved the issue quickly, professionally and, as expected, with no extra charge. I would have preferred.it was done right the first time, but really appreciate the fast response and resolution without any complications.Service: HVAC system maintenance

***** and his team did an excellent job with the installation of our new air conditioner and heating system. From the minute they walked thru our door to the minute they left they were extremely professional and courteous. The installation went as described despite the extreme heat. They took the time to fully explain the new thermostat and left our home spotless which as you know is not the norm for contractors of any type. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Campbell Services for your heating and air conditioning needs. Thanks for a great job.
