“AC went down. Called Walsh had a friend that used to work for them. I tried to use Claude to diagnose the problem but I never got into HVAC. After looking at the easy stuff tripped breakers blown fuse. I couldn’t see the problem. Technician came out and took care of the problem. It was way above my skill set but an easy fix for the Tech. He was also very professional and explained the issue, the new part has a warranty. Very satisfied with the experience. I have an older system and was totally expecting to hear you need to replace it all. Thank goodness it didn’t come to that. Thank you Walsh for getting the old AC back up and going again!!“

“I had a great experience with MVP Plumbing and would recommend to anyone looking for major or minor plumbing services. I recently had a hot water heater replaced and they detailed the different price option and the pros and cons of the different options. All were reasonably priced and the process only took a few hours to remove and replace my old water heater. I also had MVP come out to check a clogged drain and they were great at finding a resolving the issue. Mark has been great and I would highly recommend.“

The plumber arrived on time for the morning appointment, and he assessed what parts were needed to complete the job.He picked up the parts and returned and completed the work. “So far, I’ve had 2 experiences with Len the Plumber. The first one was several years ago and was a great experience. Unfortunately I didn’t leave a review back then but my experience was good. For this reason, when an issue developed in our master bathroom tub. It was an issue where the faucet portion began leaking.

So, on Friday afternoon, I called to set up an appointment for next week. While the faucet was leaking, it was in the tub so it wasn’t what saw as an emergency. Initially set the appointment up online, explaining my issue. Received an immediate followup to call to schedule the actual appointment day/time. I called and the dispatcher was very professional and helpful. Had us set up fairly quickly and actually set us up for the next day (a Saturday) in a particular window of time. I took it and she gave me some info about the process and said I’d get a call 1/2 hour of the plumbers arrival time.

Like clockwork, I got a call (and email and text message) about 40 minutes before arrival. I also recieved a message that had the technician’s name (Brent) and a photo. Brent arrived on time and was beyond progressional. Not just very friendly and personable, Brent came with lots of knowledge and professionalism. When it comes to representing a company, he was top notch and represented Len The Plumber extremely well. He explained to me exactly what the problem was and showed me along the way of what the probes was with the faucet. I’m not a handy person and his explanation of it was greatly welcomed.

The repairs didn’t take an extremely long period of time and I actually expected the repair to be much more involved and expensive. While it was involved, it wasn’t nearly as expensive as I had anticipated.

This review is now longer than I planned but I wanted to share my very positive experience with those that read reviews. The process from initial contact to when Brent drove away at the end was a great experience. While I hope to never need a plumber again, but when I do, I know who I am starting with!“
