“About six months after we moved in, we had a few plumbing issues: a leak under the kitchen sink, a problem with the upstairs shower stall, and a dripping bathroom faucet upstairs. Smith Family Plumbing & Heating repaired the kitchen sink leak, replaced the bathroom faucet, and sealed the shower door with fresh caulk. The whole service visit took about an hour, and the pricing was very fair. We were actually billed less than the original estimate, which was a great surprise. A short time later, the new faucet started leaking because of a defective part. After we called to report it, they came back within a couple of days and fixed it at no extra cost.
