“Had an emergency plumbing job done. First i called roto rooter and got the runaround. I called Goodman plumbing next and within a week my issue was solved in a procession manner at a great price.
Zac and Brandon not only fixed the issue, but several other smaller issues that were needed and cleaned up the space afterwards. The space actually looked cleaner than when they left. It’s nice to have people that are obviously good at their job, go above and beyond, and put care into their work.

They truly went above and beyond the call and i will 100% be using Goodman plumbing from here on out, I’ll also be requesting Zac and Brandon as they also were very kind to my extremely old cat, taking little moments to pet him as they passed by. “It all started with Darin during the estimate. He gave his honest professional opinion to what made sense for our house. We were in need of new ac units and we were looking to add a heat pump to offset the cost of oil for heating our home. He advised with our current duct work and set up, he would not go with a heat pump. Our 1st floor ducts were not insulated and our 2nd floor ducts were coming from the ceiling. He also recommended adding in a return vent in our basement to help with humidity and using that cooler air down there to cool the rest of our house. Not one other company, and I had 4 come out, recommended this or gave advice against getting a heat pump. For the install Chris and his partner was able to smoothly install the two units in 2 days. We are very pleased with the whole process.“

“My garbage disposal suddenly stopped working, which was stressing me out. I'm not sure about the advertised 24-hour availability. When I booked online, there weren't availabilities until the next week, and i didn't get a reply when I left a message over the phone. To be fair, it was during the July 4th holiday. After thinking about it, I decided not to take a star off, because they were so prompt. My time slot was 8 to 10:00 a.m., i received a text message and the repairman arrived right around 8:00.

He was courteous, professional, and he wore booties inside the house. He explained the whole process for me , and answered all my inexperienced questions. It turns out it would be better to replace the unit rather than fixing it, and he was up front about all the costs. Even showed me the coupons on the company website so that I could save some money. Overall, would definitely use their services again in the future.“
