They professioally installed A high efficiency heat pump (Energy Star rated) ,as we were without heat for more than a week when our Goodman units died.MIKE Beans advised,sold us only what we needed. He pointed out prior hvac problems and followed his tech.work till final install day. It snowed alot and on last install day,Climac tech Shawn arrived promptly at 8;00 AM working steadily with a partner till heat restored and we were totally pleased! “LOOK NO FURTHER! We’ve been using Service First for years. At least 4 years ago, our furnace stopped working. I know a little about how HVAC systems work and declared this one dead. Brian and his son came out, diagnosed the problem, dismantled the furnace, cleaned everything, reassembled and had the unit working in a couple of hours. Amazing! Every year since then, we had Jody come out and perform maintenance. He took the time to talk and actually educated me on everything HVAC-such a great guy and teacher! Jim came out last time and he said it the system’s days were numbered. Sandie sent over 3 options and we picked one. My wife suggested that I call Jody and ask his opinion. It turns out that the option we picked is the same one he recommended. So, we signed the contract and received 0% financing ! This was a no brainer. Greg and Sam came out and installed everything in one day- just in time for this above average 88 degree day. Also, excellent soldering work Sam.Greg walked me through and explained everything and did not leave until every question I had was answered . Excellent work all around by everyone involved at Service First. In this day and age when it’s become Increasingly hard to recommend a company, my family and I without a doubt highly recommend this family run business for all your HVAC needs. I am a Realtor and have, and will continue to, recommend this great company. At least get the maintenance plan, it’s totally worth it. “My husband and I highly recommend Lions Heating and Air Conditioning without reservation. Tristan, the owner, came out to review our old HVAC unit setup, listened to our budget concerns, and provided three cost level estimates for a high-quality replacement split unit. Dan knowledgably answered any questions when I called the office. John and Chris, the gentlemen who came to remove our old unit and install the new one a week after the estimates were given to us, were courteous, knowledgeable, and respectful of our property, including putting on boot covers on their shoes each and every time they came into the house to walk on an area of our floor that they hadn’t covered with tarps. They worked quietly and efficiently, and although the job took several hours, it was done thoroughly and with the utmost care. Anywhere they worked was cleaned up so you couldn’t even tell they were there except for the new equipment they had just installed. Our unit is running perfectly and we couldn’t be happier with the whole process. Our initial contact with Lions was when Tristan came out three years ago to give a cooling boost to our aging unit. “Today M.J. Mac provided a 2nd opinion after another well known company told me that my HVAC was a health hazard due to extremely high CO2 levels and that I needed a new unit as the heat exchanger needed to be replaced and was no longer made. M.J. Mac sent a technician within a couple of hours. The heat exchanger is still made and further more it is a part still under warranty. The high CO2 levels were disputed and measured within the acceptable limits. Would definitely recommend this honest and professional company.“
