LOOK NO FURTHER! We’ve been using Service First for years. At least 4 years ago, our furnace stopped working. I know a little about how HVAC systems work and declared this one dead. Brian and his son came out, diagnosed the problem, dismantled the furnace, cleaned everything, reassembled and had the unit working in a couple of hours. Amazing! Every year since then, we had Jody come out and perform maintenance. He took the time to talk and actually educated me on everything HVAC-such a great guy and teacher!
