“I’m a bit late with this review since we had our work done in May, but I wanted to highlight how easy it was to work with Mark Baker and the Atlas team.

Our AC system had failed, and we decided it made sense to replace the furnace and water heater at the same time. As I started getting estimates, I wasn’t prepared for how much the HVAC industry seems to have shifted toward high-pressure sales tactics with technicians acting more like sales reps, spending hours in your home with laminated binders, and a lot of “what can I do to earn your business today?” type of behavior.
