“The two technicians Charles and Danny were on time and very polite. They called ahead to confirm the arrival time. Charles and Danny told me what they were doing and asked if I had any questions when they were finished Danny and Charles came out a week before to access my Heater so I was told exactly what part was needed. “They are across the street from me and for some reason I never used them. They took me on the same day and within 2 hours I had heat. I used another company for a long time but they were "big business, with big prices" I know S&H is a very successful form with multiple trucks but they were very personable and fixed my furnace in no time. I'm a single mom and know nothing about furnaces and they could have totally taken advantage of me like other companies have But they didn't and I knew the minute the service tech arrived that I was not going to be taking advantage of and that is priceless.
