It is always a pleasure having McHales as our go-to, whether it is plumbing, heating, air-conditioning, etc. the staff is knowledgeable and the same-day service is amazing. Steve knows our house very well and handles any problem we are having. He explains what is going “wrong”, and how McHales plans to handle it
We also had them work on our c.1753 farm house. When we bought it we had no problems idea how many problems there were regarding plumbing. They always come-to-the-plate. Net results: they can fix anything!
Technician Will Smith did an excellent job taking care of my 2 light switches and will be back to take care of my light fixture. Will and his assistant had great customer service. Will was very knowledgeable in his skills.
We needed a new plumber and thought we'd give this company a try. We met the technician Kenny M. He was quite knowledgeable and friendly. He gave his assessment of the situation. They are a company that knows what they're doing. As you can see from other reviews scheduling is a bit tricky as they don't give you a window of time but an all day appointment. This was not a problem for me as he called before he came and showed up around 9:30 in the morning. I would give them a try! Use them for the second time they were great!
