We are new customers to McHales. We had an issue with our second-floor air conditioning system. Pat, the technician who provided us with service was very knowledgeable and professional. He kept us informed to his findings and the associated costs. He provided us with multiple options to address the issue. Dave and his associate did a wonderful job.

McHale's is the most consummate professional company that my wife and I have dealt with in a combined 80 years of property management. We dealt with two people; Lauren the intake person who was excellent and Anthony who is a third generation plumber.
We had a serious problem with a broken pipe and within a few hours of calling the office, Anthony went to the property, diagnosed the problem, told us he would be there the next morning to fix it and gave us a price. He was courteous and well spoken and gave us a feeling of great confidence in his competence.

Xavier and team were fantastic! What I thought was a faulty RO system in my house was actually part of a much larger issue that was tracked down to exceedingly high pressure coming into the house without any pressure relief device. Helped walk us through all of our options amongst other things that needed attention. Didn't push for anything that wasn't in our best interests, just great customer service and helpful attitude. Thank you McHales for taking care of my home when I can't handle certain tasks myself!
