Jonah checked out the system ballast on UV needed to be replaced. Everything else ok. I gave him American Express to install new ballast.
Excellent service from Joe. He was courteous, knowledgeable and very thorough. In additional to servicing the AC, he took the time to explain filter options and offered to help with an adjustment to our contract start date. I will request Joe for future service calls.
