I am extremely happy with the new HVAC system in my home. There was no pressure or up-sale with Kevin the salesman. The installers were very professional and courteous. I enjoyed the stress-free service and now I'm looking forward to enjoying the air conditioning without reinstalling all those window units!!!

We had our annual service and had a leak after the service, combustion was set too high and used more oil. Had to pay for an extra service then heater stopped working. When I called they didn’t care that we didn’t have heat and wanted our credit card first. Called our former heating guy and they bled air out of the system and changed a nozzle which should have been done during the annual service. They are good for install but not for service. Wasted $300

I’ve had excellent experiences working with New Spirit. They’ve been very responsive to my inquiries and fixed a heat pump in a timely fashion. I’d definitely recommend the company.
