Working with Jeremy was a pleasure! He took the time to answer all of my questions and was very responsive and professional. He made it easy to do business with ECI from start to finish. My mother had used ECI for her previous project and provided me the referral. ECI truly understands that importance of providing excellent customer service and installation which in return provides them repeat business and referrals like me!

Needed a brand new heating/cooling system installed on one of the coldest days of the year. Dan/James were great. Professional, friendly and helpful...they did a terrific job and left the work area spotless. Can't recommend ECI enough!

It's been several months since my heaters been broken. I had another company and I wasn't very happy with them. I contacted ECI and they talked me through some things that I was really interested in. Jim and Jason came out and they put in a whole new system and they were very helpful and patient and kind with my questions that I asked. You can see the spot they moved it from and I really like its new location. I recommend ECI to anyone looking for anything dealing with HVAC issues to their house. I give Jim and Jason two thumbs up for the work they did.
