“I have called on Engel Air for several years now for all my HV/AC needs through the Home Depot. I have not been disappointed with any of their work, service, and the education they provided to me with maintaining my home. These are good, creative, honest people who value doing the best for their customers. I had an emergency just yesterday and they were able to complete the repair (replacement of a worn capacitor) in a timely manner this afternoon and my home is getting cool again. A few years ago, I was exploring the idea of heating/cooling my attached garage. Engel Air came up with a sound proposal for the modification. However, when I submitted the proposal to my HOA, they shot it down and offered a different (dare I say uneducated) solution. When I showed their idea to Engel, they took one look at it and said the HOA's idea would, not only not conform to any codes, but also had the potential to subject me to carbon monoxide poisoning. I'm a bit disappointed that Engel had a terrific idea that wasn't supported by my HOA. However, I'm glad that the people at Engel told me of the dangers if I tried to pursue the HOA's ignorant suggestion. Like I said, the people at Engel Air are good people.“
