“LOOK NO FURTHER! We’ve been using Service First for years. At least 4 years ago, our furnace stopped working. I know a little about how HVAC systems work and declared this one dead. Brian and his son came out, diagnosed the problem, dismantled the furnace, cleaned everything, reassembled and had the unit working in a couple of hours. Amazing! Every year since then, we had Jody come out and perform maintenance. He took the time to talk and actually educated me on everything HVAC-such a great guy and teacher! Jim came out last time and he said it the system’s days were numbered. Sandie sent over 3 options and we picked one. My wife suggested that I call Jody and ask his opinion. It turns out that the option we picked is the same one he recommended. So, we signed the contract and received 0% financing ! This was a no brainer. Greg and Sam came out and installed everything in one day- just in time for this above average 88 degree day. Also, excellent soldering work Sam.Greg walked me through and explained everything and did not leave until every question I had was answered . Excellent work all around by everyone involved at Service First. In this day and age when it’s become Increasingly hard to recommend a company, my family and I without a doubt highly recommend this family run business for all your HVAC needs. I am a Realtor and have, and will continue to, recommend this great company. At least get the maintenance plan, it’s totally worth it. “Our 1940s colonial with cedar shake siding and deteriorating brick stoops (front and side) was transformed into a stunning suburban “farmhouse” by the extremely skilled professionals at Region Home Services.It was 17 years in the making but my dream came true. The pros understood what we wanted and worked tirelessly to make it happen, to the extent possible. (Sorry, barn door sliding gate on the front porch!).They provided high quality materials - all exterior doors, half of the windows were replaced, siding (which changed a few times because the quality wasn’t up to their high standards) and the 25x8 farmhouse porch with stone facing and the little side porch too.They stayed within our budget and respected our property, sometimes going above what we expected. “I cannot say enough to highlight American Chimney. Thank you so much for fitting me in at the last minute. My chimney was struck by lightning and it was so bad that the gas lines broke. My family was in a hotel for two months. I saw my neighbors lawn sign when I drove by for American Chimney, but I already had two company estimates. The timeframe to get me out of a hotel to my home was 3 to 5 weeks. I called American chimney and they insured me that they can get me scheduled in a few days. They were at my house from 9 to 2, no breaks. The system is working so much better that even my “cold room” is comfortable. They were friendly, polite and cleaned up better than I could.
