Had them out for a replacement of my old unit. The technician was wonderful to speak with. He pointed out how I could up grade my unit to a more efficient one with a few minor adjustments. They sent 2 quotes for me to consider. At this time it’s to hot to have them working in my attic and for now my unit is inching along. Thanks
I’ve had a problem with my heat pump. The customer service response was quick. Mike, the service guy, came and diagnosed the problem quickly and intends to return tomorrow to complete the repair.
My new CentralAC was blowing room temperature air last night and the outside unit was not turning on. As usual the tech showed up on time was very polite and explained evrything to me. They took the time to look over everything and have been working to try and fix my issue. Excellent service. Would highly recommend.
