“We are grateful for Pullman Plumbing and highly recommend them. We've spent a year in our new home, experiencing mysterious smells in our water and unable to find a solution or anyone who could help us resolve the problem. We've been through about seven or eight other companies and professionals until we finally landed on Pullman Plumbing, thus concluding our exhausting quest to achieve odor-less water.
Experiences we had with other companies: they don't show up or are hard to schedule, bill at unreasonably high rates, or send over plumbers who are inexperienced, unpracticed, inauthentic and scripted, and/or trying to sell extra services ...

Tech was very polite, wore boot covers while in house, gave my numerous quotes to improve my situation, did not push for upsales and allowed my wife and I ample time to discuss and make the best choice for us, and then began and completed work same day. “This is the first time I have used Golden Rule and I am extremely happy. I called and had an appointment within 36 hours for a non-emergent request. The person that answered the phone took down all my notes and passed them along to the technician without flaw. The technician showed up on-time, diagnosed the problem and made sure nothing else was affected. He did it quickly and at a honest price!! I don’t want to see Golden Rule again, but if I have another issue, they will be my first call.“

“Stonemasters was the last store we visited in our search for a quality product and friendly service . We were close to throwing in the towel . Walking into tye store and meeting with Karlene we knew right away something was different. She seemed to care , seemed to understand our needs and most of all was PATIENT !! Throughout our entire process Karlene has been our liason. She's responded quick , she's been super informative and most of all seems to enjoy what she does ! She's represented what stonemasters is all about perfectly . The young man who removed our old countertop was on time , was professional and fast , it was pouring the day he removed my counter and not once did he complain or gripe about being soaked . The boy worked his butt off alone ..Alan came an hour later right on time and literally was done within minutes it seemed . I was standing there like an idiot waiting for him to breakout the wood strips and start gluing for the template. .As he informed me its already done by this little magical machine I felt like a baboon. he was informative and friendly and gone just as quickly as he arrived . After picking my design Sarah contacted me and told me the date the install would happen .Much sooner then I thought ! . Danny and Jose were once again right on time and got right to work ! they worked together like a well oiled machine .Both never stopped and before I knew it the counter was in ! Danny made the seam look as if it was non existent!! Very professional very pleasant and very informative..From start to finish Stonemasters was at the top of their game for my experience !! 8/6/2025 - We just used Ben Franklin again, at my Mom’s house! Alex Grab and Brian Speese did an excellent job installing a water softening system, along with other plumbing needs. These two young men were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and super clean. They did 4 separate projects and left no mess.“

“The service was pretty good. The initial persom who came out explained the process to me and helped me with the insurance claim. The person who came to snake the line out did a great job of unclogging the main sewer line. I no longer have a backup in my lines. The guys who came out to clean out the basement were very professional and removed what needed to be removed. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because after the work was done, I can't seem to get someone out with the camera to check the pipes to make sure it's fully clean and people don't seem to respond or call back. I waited all day today to have someone come out to take their equipment, but no one showed or called. I was told yesterday that someone would be out today and nothing. I called the local number and they couldn't get in touch with anyone either.“

“We recently had JBPH&AC replace our aging gas hot water heater with a SANCO2 hot water heat pump. Although this is a proven, highly efficient unit (and highly rated by Consumer Reports) it is relatively unknown in our local market. Other contractors wouldn’t touch it since they weren’t familiar with the technology, but Scott was willing to learn and undertake the project. We found JB very professional and easy to work with. The work was done neatly and on time. We are a very satisfied customer!“
