On May 30th, 2023 James Brown PHAC did a great job of installing a discharge pump in our basement to evacuate drain water from our kitchen sink one floor above and the washing machine adjacent to it.Their technicians arrived on time, got down to work, were professional, courteous and completed the job the same day.We requested some extra bracing and noise-reduction and Doug again was on time and addressed the issues.I highly recommend James Brown for any plumbing needs you have at a reasonable price.
We would highly recommend James Brown for any plumbing, heating or AC concern. A well run, family owned and operated business is hard to find. With James Brown, that is exactly what you get. They were extremely responsive as they went out of their way to accommodate an emergency plumbing/sewer issue.This was after we already hired a big box franchise plumber to come out for emergency services the day before. With James Brown, we were able to save thousands of dollars worth of unnecessary work that was recommended prior.So if you are looking for an honest, trustworthy company choose James Brown. They are always very responsive and know their customers well. They actually care! We have always been pleased with the service we received and have used them for many, many years! James and Phil are knowledgeable and we feel confident in their work! April, the receptionist, is friendly a very helpful. We definitely recommend them!
