Randy is good at explaining what is going on with your system and how it can be fixed. He is professional, on time and a nice person. I will ask for him next time.I only gave a 4 star because he was only here for 5 minutes.Brooks Mechanical is expensive but once things are fixed they are finished. They stay until the work is complete.
Excellent service. I had an issue that other HVAC techs couldn't figure out. Randy arrived and found the malfunctioning part and fixed the system within 30 mins. The system had been down for 4 months previously. My new "go to" HVAC company.
This is my third year having this company service the HVAC system twice a year that they installed. I recommend them. Making appointment is easy easy. The receptionist is friendly and professional. The texh persons they have sent are professional and efficient, trustworthy. They also text/call ahead to alert you when they are on their way so you can be ready.
