We had a great experience with Stone Masters! We just recently moved into a new home and it needed some updated counter tops in the kitchen. My fiance spoke with Karlene who provided us with all the information and she is so friendly! She even stayed a little late one day so I could go and see the sink options they provide which I really appreciated.
Alan came out about a week later and did our template and we got our layout preview from Brandon about 24 hours after the fact.
A week later Danny and Ausencio came out and did our install and they were great!! Super friendly and did an amazing job.

Very informative sales reps. Huge selection. You can view many whole slabs. And remnants for small bathroom renovation. Less expensive than most competitors. 2 Template placement options included in price, which is rare.
We had the best experience with Stone Masters from the minute we walked in the door and was greeted by the salesman Ryan who gave us an in depth explanation of all the different materials available for new kitchen countertops, he is extremely knowledgeable about all the products they offer. Then Ryan took us over to the massive showroom and continued to show us the different stones in person with even more explanations about each. He politely gave us free rein to explore on our own…..no hovering, which we loved. But, he was always available if we needed him. We chose a gorgeous Emerstone Tahitian Sky Quartz.
