The technician that came out Gilberto was very detailed for what needed to be done to resolve the issue. He was very diligent and professional. “We recently had an issue with our toilets at our Veteran's Transitional Home. I met Frank a little while back and decided to give him a call to come take a look. Frank made time to come by as soon as he possibly could and give us a diagnosis. We had repaired the one toilet a few years ago, so we were already aware of some of the issues.
