“Based on a previous positive experience, we called Elek plumbing to have them check on our low water pressure. Elvis was the technician who came to our house was very friendly knowledgeable and professional. Based on the information we provided, and analyzing the situation his first possible cause was the pressure regulating valve. But, instead of simply going forward with giving an estimate of the cost to replace the prv,, he first did a few basic checks that would either verify the prv is at fault or not.
Bottom line, the prv was ok, and it was our home water filter that was causing the water pressure issue. Throughout the whole process he was very clear and thorough in all his explanations. Based on the outstanding service we received we elected to get their annual service inspection. Note This is something which we were already considering asking if they offered, not something they pushed on us. Overall definitely an excellent plumbing service company I definitely recommend for your plumbing repair services.“

Absolutely perfect from start to finish. They did a fantastic job on this massive project: replacing my sewer line and reconfiguring the inside plumbing. The excavators also did an excellent job. “I've used Agentis a few times now, once for a significant project(replacing all the pipes in my house plus moving replacing and installing a new gas hot water heater and moving it into the basement) and then to help diagnose and figure out a difficult to find small leak.

Both times I was extraordinarily impressed both with how reasonable the price was compared to what I expected(for the big service) and what I paid at other places(for the small service) and just how good of a job, professional and downright friendly and helpful everyone I interacted with was.

I honestly can't imagine calling anyone else at this point, they have earned me as a customer for life at this point unless something absolutely crazy happened. I really can't say enough good things about them, I would strongly recommend using them if you have need for a service they provide. “They installed a new heat pump for me as my original heat pump, which they installed 42 years ago, was failing. Since my problem started right when it got cold (November 2024), they speced. out a replacement and got it installed right away. The charge was what was quoted and had it not been a new system/configuration, I would not have known they were there (amazing clean-up when they were done!!). There was a problem with the amount of energy usage initially but they did a great job trouble shooting until they found the problem and resolved it. So as promised, the new technology is so much more efficient. I highly recommend them, they are wonderful to deal with!!“

“We recently had an issue with our toilets at our Veteran's Transitional Home. I met Frank a little while back and decided to give him a call to come take a look. Frank made time to come by as soon as he possibly could and give us a diagnosis. We had repaired the one toilet a few years ago, so we were already aware of some of the issues.
