I cannot attest as to whether the price was good or not, all I know is the the last two gentlemen that came, from my home warranty 😖said it was fixed and it was for about an hour after they left then went back to leaking. Teddy was the third person to come out and he’s the one that fixed it and he did a great job. He actually went down in basement where he problem was!!! Neither of the other 2 bothered. Teddy is an energetic super nice guy. Solid work
We have used Teddy for at least six years for various jobs around the house. Some small, some very time-consuming and labor intensive. He comes prepared, always on time and we never have to call him back to redo a job. Most importantly he is very trustworthy and checks his work before leaving. Great guy to work with!
