“Called them at 4:30 pm after calling a few other places who didn't answer their phone. Bellview did answer and got me scheduled next morning first thing. 2 Guys came on time and were very nice and were able to diagnose and replace my well pump in 90 minutes. Very fast . Only complaint I have is no one was able to give me a price on their charges. They just send u a bill in next week. I did price pumps at local box stores and plumbing supply shops. They ranged from 450 to 650 for a similar spec model that was used. When i got bill the pump alone was almost $900. That is substantial markup . The labor charges were reasonable but I wish they would give that info up front to the customer. I realize that in the beginning they don't know exactly what is wrong and what would need to be replaced, but they can give you some idea of pricing involved for parts and labor. If not on the initial call, then at least at the job site. Overall good experience though and would use again, Just something they can improve on with customer relations.Services: Pump repairs & installation“
