Water Heater Installation/Repair near Wood Village

“By far the best experience in plumbing service I've ever had. Apollo's customer service is extraordinary. My technician Cameron is my hero.

This happened on Sunday. I had an emergency with the laundry room suddenly flooding at 11pm. Of course in a panic as the water was rising I looked up 24 hour emergency services. Apollo came up. I contacted them and was greeted by dispatch. He sent out the bat signal and Cameron answered the call. He was working the day and on call and had been up for hours already. He showed up and wow. The professionalism with this man was incredible. He was well spoken, very down to Earth and for someone who's been up for over 15 hours, he was a happy guy.

He slipped on the shoe protectors, went to the source of the problem, and already knew what to do. Now that's experience. He even placed covers on his wheels of the trolly that holds the drain snake. With his great attitude and friendly voice he told me not to worry. He told me step by step what he was going to do and started working. In about an hour he was done. He cleaned up the area very well. He went above and beyond. Cameron was amazing.

Apollo has just gained a repeat customer.

I also wanted to give Brandon, both from HVAC and plumbing for the extremely professional service they provided on my house recently.

Another update. Another fantastic work from the two that came by today to check my HVAC. Awesome talking to them and will always be an Apollo fan.

“Update: June 2026 - We had more work done by this company and, again, are very happy that we chose them. Eric and Kaleb spent a week re-piping the house and moving our shower faucet to the opposite wall. They were on time every day and worked diligently. They went above and beyond, crafting a curtain rod to fit our odd configuration and even went out into the yard to retrieve our wayward indoor kitty. They did an excellent job on the pipe replacements and cleaned up everything beautifully. I will continue to use this company and recommend them to everyone.

Eric did a great job getting our kitchen water pressure working correctly and spent lots of time troubleshooting another issue in the bathroom. He gave us ideas and options of what we can do moving forward to resolve this issue. We are pleased with the amount of time and effort he spent.“

“We needed a new home furnace, Serge came out quickly and got us a quote with great options the next day. Their price was better than competitive. Once we ordered they came out within a few days to install. Victor and Peter were very good installers, friendly and efficient. They listened to my comments during the install and did things to my satisfaction. I'm a retired engineer and am very particular. The next day I discovered that some air was leaking out of the system in my garage, not good. I called their office and they had a man out (Dan) within a few hours.
