Adjusted thermostats and remotes and provided excellent tutorial for homeowners on optimal operating for consistent temperature and maximum efficiency. Morgan recommended moving thermostat to main living area and found that existing thermostat is compatible with new remote which homeowner ordered. Morgan was polite, informative and efficient.Chris arrived for the follow up installation call on time and assessed our wishes for improved efficiency but discovered our 24 year old thermostat would not work with the new remote thermostat. He and his service partner assessed several alternatives and we arrived at a cost effective solution. Chris indicated he would be back for completion of the job as soon as possible. “The condensing unit for our heat pump stopped working. I got a hold of Honke who helped me about four years ago on another issue to request a service. I discovered A&E Heating took over the business since my last HVAC need. The lady on the phone was very pleasant and got me scheduled for a visit. She explained the service fee and what the technician would do, and the cost of any repair parts would be separate.Matt the technician shows up on the scheduled day to look at my system. He was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He identified the issue quickly and was able to make the repair immediately. When finished he walked me through the paperwork, which is all electronic now. I had a very good experience on my second interaction with this company and would recommend them to anyone who is having heating or cooling problems.“

“Let’s just start off with I would 100% recommendation Rescue Rooter of Portland. Then entire experience from my first phone call to the end of the service was pleasant even if the reason I needed their help wasn’t lol We had a sink drain that was clogged. First I called and spoke with Terrie who answered all of my questions and was super friendly. I discussed with my husband about the multiple companies i called and their responses to our questions. Hands down, the original call sold me. One company I called never called me back and the other one had a person answer the phone who sounded annoyed I called. So I called Rescue Rooter of Portland back to schedule at that point I spoke with Erika who was also super friendly and got me scheduled for my free estimate. Fast forward to today, my appointment window was 2-6. They gave me a call around 12:15 and said they had someone available early and asked if I’d like to have them out early. Heck yes! So Chris showed up and discussed my issue with me and presented our quote. I called my husband to discuss the quote and Chris was even kind enough to talk to my husband on the phone. Chris even humored my two pups who followed him around while he worked. He made quick work of our clogged sink drain and had things put back together super fast. He even had ideas and offered suggestions on our pipe set up that was under the sink. I would request Chris in the future should I have any other clogs come up. They also offered us a 90 day warranty should the clog come back.“

“Had an issue 3/3/24 with a water leak behind my hot water heater, behind the sheet rock. Removed the sheet rock and insulation, found the leak, and called Apollo at 7:45 on 3/4/24. Got a 10 - 2 window for a service call. Mike, the tech from Apollo called around noon and said he was on his way. Mike was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. He gave us an estimate, we accepted the estimate, and Mike went to work. He did an excellent job replacing piping and some hardware, tested the new lines for leaks and was done. We didn't expect to have it fixed the same day which was a very pleasant surprise. I read a lot of reviews on Apollo and was glad I chose them. If we have any other issue in the future, Apollo will be our go to plumber.Thank you Apollo!!“

“In March, my husband and I hired Brent and his team to build a new back patio cover when our old aluminum one received damage in the winter storm earlier this year.Brent came out, worked on a quote and sent it to us a few weeks later. It was much more reasonable than two others we received and we love the work he did. With lumber prices so high, he talked us out of Cedar and into rough cut Doug Fir and we love how it came out.Our neighbors liked our cover so much they hired Pro Fleet to redo their carport cover later this summer.Brent is busy and has many projects he works on at the same time. Patience is always a must for construction but he's professional, trustworthy and makes good on all the little details you ask him to take care of. We have some other projects in the works around our home and won't hesitate to hire him again. The photos below show some of the detail work he did on our cover and we are so happy with the work he did. When we are done staining and finishing our pavers, I will add the completely "done" photos.“
