“We had a very costly reconditoning of our roof after a leak less than a year ago and written documentation stating we have a warranty. We have a leak again and have emailed three different people and called twice over two weeks and have received no response. I see from the comments that this isn't an unusual experience. I wish we had seen the reviews before choosing them! We are planning to call one more time and if no response will file a complaint with the better business bureau and may need to hire an attorney.Update: the company reached out after this review and took care of the issue very rapidly. They had gotten very busy with a recent ice storm and missed our emails and calls.“

Install gutters that work in the Northwest that minimize the bottleneck clogging we see in conventional downspout systems. They've perfected the gutter OUTLET by eliminating the outlet completely! Then magically, cutting an X in the gutter bottom, folding the flanges downward, and installing a funnel under them on the bottom to keep the aperture at the widest point without restriction to debris and then to fall into oversized downspouts! Genius. We not only have our Pacific West Roofing jobs done by them but he'd done my house too and I'm so happy with them and you will too.“

“Quoted for the replacement gutter I needed and identified a couple of other areas that had been badly installed by others years ago that would have caused future problems if not fixed.Quoted all the permutations I asked for to allow me to select the most critical bits for an affordable scope.Had to reschedule first appointment since their first job overran, but let me know as soon as it was clear they would run out of time (good communication). Next appointment was early in the day and prompt arrival. The two man crew were extremely professional and personable. The extra remedial work I thought would be hacked about in situ was achieved by removing, re-trimming nearly and reinstalling. What would have taken me a whole day to do badly was done beautifully in about an hour. Would definitely use again.“

“Yes I am a real customer who just had a roof installed. I usually don’t write reviews unless something goes terribly wrong or it was a particularly good experience. We’ve had our fair share of mini disasters with contractors but I’m happy to comment on the ladder.From the start Steve the owner was very responsive. He was the first company I contacted and so I waited to get 3-4 other bids before circling back to Portlandia. He had me come to current job sites to get a look at the shingles in person and answered all of my questions so I decided to give them the business. So glad we did. About 2 days before my install date the roof decides to start leaking (off course). That same morning Steve had a crew there to stop the leak. As I mentioned he answered all of my questions (and I had a lot) and was on site most times to manage the job which you don’t see often. Fair pricing and good customer service! In fact, Humberto saw the pavers that were partially installed the first day and did not like them (me too) as there was white caustic on the surface. He took them back and got new ones the next day. He kept in touch throughout the process, gave me the discount even though it had expired (while I was waiting for Antonio), and I am super pleased with my new roof and gutters! Highly recommend. :)Very strange experience. I called and made an appointment. Appointment came and went, no one showed up. Called back, was transferred to Antonio. Made a new appointment. Antonio came, was very friendly and professional. Said my roof measurements would be taken by satellite, so didn't do any measurements, just gave a ballpark's figure based on square footage and roof slope. Said he'd done some of my neighbors roofs. Took my email address, said he'd email me an official quote by the following Monday. This was Thursday, May 21st.It's June 17th and I can't get anyone to answer or call me back.I just don't understand.“
“It will only let me choose 3 items to rave about but should also include punctuality and value as 5 stars. I reached out to Little Prince Pressure Washing right before the snow and ice storm hit last week. They were great about keeping in close contact with me on when they could get out to service my dad's house. Isaiah showed up directly on time, was incredibly sweet, and did an excellent job on the driveway and sidewalks of my dad's house. I highly recommend this company!!“

“After the last destructive storm in Portland we had a lot of water/snow/ice accumulating on our church's flat roof. In the past if we left it unchecked it caused deep pooling up top. The water rose above, over and around the flashing, moving through the ceiling space and causing destructive flooding inside. Fisher sent a crew to melt, break up and remove all of the ice. We had very little water get inside, all of it before Fisher's treatment. It saved us a lot of money and potential insurance problems. They're great!“
