Extremely happy with their service. 4 days from calling to Windows sparkling clean. Rene took extra care, meticulously cleaning the windows and screens, was efficient and even early to our appointed time. I will definitely use their services again.

We've used Fish Window cleaning for 2 years with good results and service, and reasonable rates. Always made sure to generously tip also. This year, we scheduled 6 weeks in advance. On the appointed date went thru and got the house ready by moving everything away from the windows. 90 minutes after scheduled time, called the office: "oh, I'm sorry; you're scheduled for next week". Don't think so, but whatever. Next week, same routine. Again, no show. Called the office: "oh, we're sorry, but you're down for next week". No, it's this week and you need to take care of it. Ok, they'll squeeze us in 3 hours. Crew shows up 1 hour later, just as we're getting ready to leave to take care of pending business. It's supposed to be 3 hours: "sorry, it would be INCONVENIENT for us to schedule in 3 hours"! RUFKM? Obviously business is good, but with a front office like that we are done with Fish. Schedule with them at your own risk.

Very disappointing work. 1) Did not show up to first appointment. No calls, apologies. 2) Used a hose and scrubber which left marks and sprayed debris everywhere. Treated it like a commercial property cleaning. 3) Left a muddy deck. Did not clean afterwards. 4) Did not clean screens as promised. Poorly cleaned windows, left me clean up work, and no follow up or apologies. Not good business.
