“We had some interior painting done about a week ago and it turned out great. The whole process was seamless, from the bid with Davis, to the final walkthrough with Brett, the project manager. One especially valuable aspect for me was JK Paint provided a complimentary consultation with a designer who helped me choose my colors. In the past, when I've had to choose colors for my home, it entailed many trips to the paint store to pick out paint chips and purchase paint samples to try out on the walls. Working with Lindsey, I was able to move forward with confidence that the colors we chose were going to achieve my design goals without having to go through a long process of weeding out colors that wouldn't work.Our painting crew came in ready to work on Monday and completed the job in two days. In the past, we've had painters take more time to do less square footage (and with less quality work) in other painting projects, so we appreciated the skill they brought to the table. When they finished, the area was thoroughly cleaned up and off they went. “We cannot say enough about the professionalism and gorgeous quality of work that Evergreen provided us. We underwent renovation of our entire second floor that lasted about 5 months, members of the team were not only respectful and concerned with our comfort, but became friendly faces we were always happy to cross paths with. We ended up adopting a newborn during this time period, which was a surprise, and Kayed, Amy, Victor, and Emily specifically were so kind and almost started to feel like family.Kayed and Amy helped us work out our budget and what was important to us, and working on the design with Amy was way more fun than I imagined. Kayed made himself available consistently and provided the best and most empathetic customer service we have ever experienced. Victor was so respectful of our space that he moved our key hooks without us even asking, he made sure to make friends with our dogs and made sure the plastic partition was as convenient for us as possible; and that was just the first week of the project. His calm demeanor set the tone for the entire team. All along, but specifically towards the end of the project, Emily did such a wonderful job communicating with us and coordinating the finishing touches. Each of the expert subcontractors who partnered with Evergreen for our project were the best of the best, incredible quality. Special touches like a huge custom wooden table to go over the dog crates, and help making our garage more usable were surprises that the term, “above and beyond” can’t even begin to describe.We are thankful everyday as we enjoy our gorgeous second floor, there are days we hardly even want to go downstairs. “Lada Enterprises is excellent. I first met Ivan, Fred and the team years ago when a section of siding and window flashing on my old craftsman home needed repair due to improper installation during a remodel by a previous owner. I am hard to please, and was upset and frustrated by the issues with my home. Their knowledge and attention to detail both technical and aesthetic was exceptional. Their communication and professionalism top notch. Since then they have done roofing, siding, gutters, and extensive structural rebuilding on two garages for me, as well as a whole house roof, siding, and gutters on another project. I've recommended them to several other people and only received rave reviews. This fall I discovered a new water damage issue related to a different window and siding section in our home. As upsetting as that was, having the confidence of knowing the Lada team would take care of excellence helped a lot. Highly recommend.“

“My experience with Sister Siding could not have been better and I recommend them for any finish carpentry or siding job you might have. I have had a lot of experience with all types of contractors and other remodel professionals. So many times, you run into those who overcommit and underdeliver, who don’t meet promised deadlines, who don’t even show up when they say they will. It can be so frustrating. NOT THE CASE WITH SISTER SIDING! I had them replace all my fussy 90’s trim and doors with Craftsman style. The estimate process was efficient and quick. The estimate itself was fair and reasonable compared to other estimates I received. Once I accepted, they had a team on site to begin work right away. They arrived early each day and worked hard until the project was done! Throughout the project, Luke Kelly – who managed my project – was in frequent communication. I never had to worry about a thing – they were one step ahead of me in getting my project done. I would never think of hiring anyone but Sister for any project I have in the future. I hope they keep expanding the types of work they do as I would hire them to do any/all remodel work if they wanted it. This is a team of relatively young people who blow older, experienced people out of the water with their level of customer service! I cannot recommend them enough!“

“We had a very costly reconditoning of our roof after a leak less than a year ago and written documentation stating we have a warranty. We have a leak again and have emailed three different people and called twice over two weeks and have received no response. I see from the comments that this isn't an unusual experience. I wish we had seen the reviews before choosing them! We are planning to call one more time and if no response will file a complaint with the better business bureau and may need to hire an attorney.Update: the company reached out after this review and took care of the issue very rapidly. They had gotten very busy with a recent ice storm and missed our emails and calls.“
