Wilderland Roof & Window Cleaning
“Rich showed up on time, was positive, professional and friendly. He was extremely knowledgable re techniques, tools and eco-friendly products used. I was curious about about these, especially given the steep angles of our metal-roofed home, a roof garden and co-located in an environmental protection and conservation zone.
Rich was conscientious and paid close attention to details. He went above and beyond by easily problem solving a gutter guard misalignment. Additionally he noted a tear in one of ours screens and offered to have Wilderland repair it for small fee with a quick turnaround time to bring back and reinstall.
Rich loves cleaning windows! His care and satisfaction for making them beautiful was a delight to witness. As a long time, senior employee, he is committed to finding, testing, then training others on eco products so the company can continue being on the forefront of its eco-friendly status. We had conversations about this and I learned he trains new team members; his expertise and caring about training them well so they can be competent and enjoy this work was evident in the way he spoke about them, the company and its culture. I will happily refer folks to Wilderland as an expert company in the field.”
