Quoted for the replacement gutter I needed and identified a couple of other areas that had been badly installed by others years ago that would have caused future problems if not fixed.Quoted all the permutations I asked for to allow me to select the most critical bits for an affordable scope.Had to reschedule first appointment since their first job overran, but let me know as soon as it was clear they would run out of time (good communication).
