Elements Roofing offers reliable and efficient roofing services. Their team is responsive and communicative, as shown by the positive feedback from customers. The company is known for going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. One technician risked his life to repair a chimney during a snowstorm, preventing potential damage to a customer's home. Customers have praised the thorough inspection and repair work done by the crew, who not only fixed the original issue but also discovered and addressed other problems, such as a poorly installed skylight.
In addition to roofing, Elements Roofing also provides high-quality siding services, like the hardieplank siding, which customers have found fantastic and a great long-term investment. The staff is described as kind and helpful, making clients feel comfortable without any pressure. The workmanship is top-notch, and the quality is evident in every detail, making the entire process smooth and stress-free.
Elements Roofing is recognized for its fair pricing and transparent estimates, ensuring no surprises. The jobs are completed in a timely manner, minimizing any inconvenience to customers' daily routines. With their excellent craftsmanship and outstanding customer service, Elements Roofing is highly recommended for anyone in need of roofing or construction services. Ben and his crew are easy to deal with, prompt and honest about what needs to be done at a fair price. They did a solid job, completed on time and professionally. They came same day, evaluated it, came back the very next day to fix and voila! No hassle, no questions about if it would be covered under warranty. They gave thorough input that allowed us to progress in the transaction.
Dealing with roof repairs is not something anyone wants to do. The uncertainty of what’s going on, what’s it going to cost, and what happens afterwards. I’m happy we found Elements Roofing to help us when our roof needed attention. They have been great with their service and professionalism. Highly recommend them to help anyone needing a company to help with roof issues that will not leave you feeling unsupported.
We opted to replace our 23-year-old roof before any noticeable leaks and talked to an Elements rep at the Portland Home Show. Bottom line: We have a good-looking roof and a cleaned-up yard. During the process, Elements discovered—and showed us—that nearly all our roof decking (the plywood sheet layer) was warped and needed to be replaced. So, we ended up paying nearly twice as much as originally quoted. (Initial inspections never find this level of “uh oh.” It would have happened with any other roofer.)
Things we liked/appreciated: 1) Quick and thorough responses to our questions – especially detailed questions that helped me compare one bid with another; 2)… read full review
Elements Roofing absolutely saved our peace of mind! They were able to come out same-day and assess a difficult roofing situation in the middle of a winter windstorm. They were able to provide an emergency, temporary solution while putting together a longer-term plan. Ben from Element talked me through the options w/ solid, clearly communicated expertise for which we were extremely thankful.
Roof issues can be super tricky bc it's hard for layfolk to verify, but with Elements we were in super good hands. Extremely professional, timely, accurate and super conscientious work and communication. Would and will absolutely keep them on speed dial!
